A light still shining

The School of Social Work remembers the UNwavering dedication and zest for life that Florence Z. "Flossie" Segal embodied. The former faculty member, who passed away in April at age 99, brought color and light everywhere she went, often in her bright yellow VW Beetle convertible. 

UNrivaled additions: Meet our new faculty

The School of Social Work welcomes five UNrivaled additions to our teaching ranks: assistant professors Daniel Baslock, Ph.D.; Christina Huerta, Ph.D.; and Yifan Lou, Ph.D.; and assistant professors in teaching Erica Jackson, M.S.W., LCSW; and Klara Prachar, M.S.W., LCSW.
